Ticket | Fixed: When assigning a ticket to a technician via the Assign Ticket popup, the assignee dropdown showed employees from different scopes than those displayed in the assignee dropdown on the ticket page. |
Ticket | Fixed: Following the component upgrade, the sorting feature was no longer functioning in the search and select listing. This issue was particularly found in Ticket > Add Change > Add Product. |
Email Parser | Fixed: In certain scenarios, the ticket CCs were being duplicated when the email parser added a ticket note. |
Billing Review | Fixed: When updating the quantity or price in Billing Review for Recurring Services and then clicking post, the Billing screen did not reflect the changes made in the Billing Review screen. |
